Chinese, the Hardest Nut to Crack, Is Often Hidden in Edenic Sub-Roots

Nov09

This month the Edenics team prepares for a meeting in Toronto with the leading
(OK, the only) Hebrew scholar in Chinese academia.

We'll have a few 100 good links between Chinese and Edenic words, but now it appears that many hundreds more  Chinese words are linkable not to full Edenic words -- but to sub-roots.

What is a sub-root?  Decades ago we could not find an Edenic word as a source for HEAL.  But  חלוץ  (K)HeeLOOTS means vigor or HEALTH and  חיל  (K)HaYiL is valor. Build-in opposites were  חלה (K)HoaLeH, ILL health, and  חלש (K)HaLaSH, weak or AILing. So, even though Het-Lamid was not a word, it was a 'common-denominator' in positive and negative HEATH words.  There was an Edenic 'stem cell' for HEAL and HEALTH in the emerging theme of several like-sounding words.

now to today's discovery, and the entry it appears in:

NUTS !       Na’ATS        Noon-Aleph-Tsadi

NUH-UTS________נאץ________[N-U-TS]

ROOTS: Because it's slang, NUTS is not taken up seriously. NUTS is an exclamation of disgust, scorn or angry refusal.

נאץ Na’ATS (to condemn, spurn, be wrathful) is in Proverbs 1:30 and 16:5.  נאץ  NeeAyTS is to curse or insult;  נאצה  NeeAhTSaH is contempt or blasphemy in Isaiah 37:3.

BRANCHES:  What about WALNUTS or cashew NUTS?  The alleged IE “root” is ken-5 (the hypothetical base …of something compressed).  A NUT is a poor cognate of NECK – see NECK.  Nuts are hidden within their pods, but not compressed.

Thewide diversity ofnut words within IE point to a נ Noon plus  צ Tsadi Edenic etymon.  There’s Spanish nuez, German Nuss, Dutch noot and Danish nod. Only the versatile צ  Tsadi/TS, both dental and fricative,  could work.

Noon-Tsadi reverses to nut-in-shell words involving being secret,   hidden, wrapped and hard:   צנוע TSaNOO[A]h is hidden;  צנם  TSaNaM is dry, like Syriac צונמה TSOONaMaH (hard stone, and a source for STONE);

 צנע TSaN[A]h is to preserve;  צנעה TSiN[A]H is secrecy;  צנף TSaNaF is to wrap around (see STEPHANE);  צנפה  TSiNayFaH is enveloping (Isaiah 22:18),      צנצנת TSiNTSeNeT is a jar or flask (Exodus 16:33).  See STEIN.  However it is translated, this   צ-נ   Tsadi-Noon term was used to protect the manna as a hard pod or shell does a nut.

Besides the dental-nasal of  צנעה TSiN[A]H (secrecy), there is a sub-root of  ט-מ  TeT-Mem seen in  טמן DTaMahN (to hide, conceal) and Aramaic-Syriac טמר DTaMaR (to hide under the earth (similar in Akkadian and Arabic).

  Many Chinese links to Edenics (already clipped with dropped consonants replaced by accents) are especially hidden because often only an Edenic sub-root is involved, not whole three-consonent words. The dental-nasal sub-root above is  behind tun X659 (69), to hide or conceal (in one’s sleeve), to store up, to hoard.
