Roots

Middle English so or swo is from the Indo-European “root” swo (so). SO means "in such a way" or "likewise." זו  ZOO  (Psalms132:12) means THIS (II Kings 6:19) or "the same."  See “THAT.”  ZOA means this or this one, while ZOO means who, which or this.   זה ZeH means “this”  (Judges 18:4) .

Another fricative-plus Vav term that means "equal" and that matchesthe alleged Indo-European “root” is  SHaVeH (Proverbs8:11 – see “SAVANNAH”) .

Branches

Cognates of SO listed by the AHD inckude NISI, QUASI and SUCH. See THIS.

Aleph - Zayin, AhZ, means therefore, then or in this case (Exodus 15:1). So or therefore we see that Zayin-vowel terms are similar to vowel-Zayin ones. Polish az means till, until or to, similar to a “then” in time and space. Similar are Irish sea (each in his turn) and Cantonese soyih (so).  These short vowel-fricative adverbs and prepositions are related to Aleph-Tahf and Ayin-Tahf terms seen at IT and ETERNAL.

French pronouns ca and ce (that, this) are from  זה ZeH) .
